St. Tropez One Night Only Wash Off Face & Body Lotion, Light/Medium, 3.38 Fl Oz

I am fair-skinned and have been using self-tanners for about 5 years now. I've tried many different brands and have never been really satisfied. They usually have a smell, and let's be honest, none of them smell great. I usually like them at first, but then when they start to fade and you re-apply, that's when you see how they really perform - subsequent applications NEVER look as good as the initial one. Also, fake tans are a lot more noticeably fake when you are out in real sunlight than they are when you're indoors. And recently I learned that self-tanners contain chemicals that aren't very good for you, even if they say they're all natural - people, do your research before you start splotching any old thing on your body. I switched to St. Tropez One Night Only because it doesn't rely on a chemical reaction taking place to achieve a tanned glow. You just slather it on, and you can see immediately if you missed a spot or applied unevenly, and you can fix it right away. Simple, simple, simple. Yes, it only lasts a day or two (2 for me). But it really doesn't wash off with just water (you have to lather up with soap to wash it off - and it really does come right off - of your hands too). It doesn't even come off with sweat. It looks like a real tan, if there's an odor, it's very faint and not at all unpleasant, and it does not streak. I used to use a mitt to get it right, but now I don't even use that anymore, it's that foolproof. Enough said.

I always get itchy rashes from sunless tanners so wash-off formulas are my best option to look less pasty during the summer. I’ve tried many different formulas and this is my absolute favorite! The color is a beautiful brown—no orange tint! And there is no glitter so this just looks like a darker version of my skin. It dries quickly and blends well and there is no smell or stickiness. Perfection!

I love this temporary bronzer that washes off in shower and does not have sparkles in it that looks horrendous on most skin and Very unatural. Not too dark or light and helps blend in the discoloration so many self tanners leave. Not much of a scent. Not thick like some. A shame more companies keep throwing sparkles in their products. This was one of a few that didn’t. .

This is great stuff! The color is perfect - not orange. Easy to blend and apply and if you mess up you can wipe it off! Washes off hands easily! Dries quickly and looks so natural. My only complaint is that there is a little bit of transfer, so watch out for white shorts and light leather car seats haha! But that being said it wipes off the seats and washes out of clothes. I'll use this all summer long!

I read all the reviews before purchasing this self tanner. My aunt also could vouch for its effectiveness. I was very impressed with the product. It went on smoothly (with the mit) and was streak-free. No bad odor and no orange. I liked it so much I wished it didn’t wash off in the shower. But I knew it did when I bought it. I was leary about it so I wanted a “wash-off” tanner until I knew I would like it. Now I wish I could purchase this in the “one week” stay on time. Great product that exceeded my expectations.

I love this lotion. It goes on easily and the color is very nice and natural looking. I haven’t noticed much transfer at all, and it seems to stay on very well. Highly recommend!

Love, Love, Love this. It is dark but it mixes so well with your favorite base and lotion. I put a little base on my finger tips and a little of the St. Tropez and then put on like normal foundation. For my body and legs I mix with my regular body lotion. You can make this as light or dark as you want by just mixing a little at a time to get the right color for you. I am super white and after a little mixing I have a beautiful glow. No orange, no streaks, no funny smell.

This was on a list of best body blurs so I tried it. All I can say is WOW! Isn’t orange, doesn’t streak, doesn’t rub off on clothes and washes right off with soap. Just for reference, I’m very fair skinned and most self tanners are a nightmare for me.
