Good for gravy noodles
It takes long time to get properly cooked. And not good for dry noodle prepration. Excellent for gravy noodles.

Soaking instructions on package are wrong
Instructions say to soak for 10 mins in child water. When I did this the noodles were not really hard ready to be used. Next time after looking online I soaked in boiling hot water for 20-25 mins. They were as they should be.
