This tablet replaced a very outdated Acer Aspire One net book. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7+ is light-years more advanced. Thus was a refurbished unit but you would never know it from the look and performance. I use it in Dex mode (laptop) and it is Flawless! Super fast and responsive to touch, although I douse a wireless keyboard with it. I can't say enough about how much I have enjoyed my purchase. I don't see how you could go wrong with this tablet. As such, I HIGHLY recommend this tablet.

Performance is excellent, but it's VERY HEAVY and quite bulky. If you use the Samsung keyboard with the trackpad it's even more bulky and awkward to move around without completley closing it up. The charging port is in inconvenient location if you're gaming in landscape mode. The way the S-pen is stored is completely stupid. Just held to the back by a weak magnet. It's like it was engineered to be lost, so you have to buy more of them.

I ordered this tablet because of all the recent positive reviews but upon receiving it, I was trying to set it up and the screen doesn't even work...I just contacted support and they won't even do anything about it. They only offered i return it and I'll get my money back 3 weeks later. SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!

The tablet is great but the stylus is defective. I have had one of these tablets for years so was very happy to purchase another. However the stylus that came with this tablet is defective and Amazon has not made it very easy to get a replacement.

My tablet was a little late, but the seller replied to me timely and called my worries. The product was renewed in excellent condition-- exactly as described. I recommend this seller!

It's a refurbished tablet in "good" condition, so everyone's experience can vary, but i lucked out with one of the better ones. First, the packing was excellent and shipping speed was fast. It arrived well ahead of the estimated shipping time in perfect order. The screen looked brand new and the couple of scratches on the sides weren't really visible and could really only be detected by touch. All of it is fully covered by my case, so completely inconsequential. The haptic feedback has a minor, almost rattle-like quality to it, but also inconsequential, assuming that isn't how a brand new one is supposed to respond to typing. Great tablet in great condition at a great price.

Beautiful images and a huge store. I am doing more genealogy research with this model as my work is easy to file, and it is quick to respond. It feels more like a Windows 11 operating system. Highly recommended.
