Bought these beans when they were on offer and was really pleased with the flavour and quality.

Great flavour

I read loads of amazing reviews on Amazon and some lucky buyers were able to receive beans within 2 weeks of roasting. I know that beans were generally shipped out under 6 weeks of roasting but I got a batch that wss roasted about 9 weeks ago.I was reassured that the beans would stay at their prime for 12 weeks but I guess as an amature espresso maker, I have wasted over half a bag trying to dial the coffee in at a much finer grind without any luck (probably due to my lack of skills)I am sure a more seasoned coffee drinker would be able to make the beans work for them.Such a shame as I was really looking forward to it.

Fast delivery, great value for money at £17.50 a kilo. Taste to price is better than any other coffee I've purchased. Dialing in the beans was reasonably easy, took some poor shots of espresso to find the write grind setting. I was a little disappointed that the beans were over 8 weeks old since they were roasted and normally places I've purchased from in the past send them once they're freshly roasted (within the first two weeks). Hope to try a fresh batch next time round to see if they're even better.

This coffee was pleasant enough - no sourness or bitterness - perfectly drinkable. But honestly not any more so than the coffee beans I can buy at Costco for £10. So at £18 for 1kg I don't think I'll be buying again. I'd also question the roasted on date - 4 months prior to my purchase. How much of a difference this makes I don't know.All of that said - this review is based on my first and only attempt at brewing coffee with these beans. I'll update this review if, after a few more tries, I change my opinion

Unfortunately this product seems over hyped. I bought a box thinking it must be amazing. I use it in a bean to cup on fine grind for espresso and for the first time ever in two years I get little crema, or taste and it totally lacks body. I’m stuck with 3 more bags of this.This is the first time ever buying coffee beans I’m disappointed.

I drink quite a lot of coffee. This didn't disappoint. Using aeropress and makes a great strong cup of coffee. Bit of a darker roast, smell and taste are top. 1kg bag gone in about a month.

a single note , insipid blend as esspesso. Tastless as an americano.Try another compsny .. at this price its not valu unless you like a milder coffee.This is tasteless no caffeine punch at all
