I had a failed Mona Lisa Procedure which has left me in pain for 6 months, except when I sleep and that is not many hours. The Dr. who did the procedure kept on sending me to others for opinions and advice. I finally went to one who not only told me I did not need the procedure, but he took the time to Google these and I ordered it right away. Yesterday I used it for 4 hours and felt great afterwards as it soothed the nerve pain, having used a prescription compounding cream the night before. I am using one right now while sitting, but had it on and was walking when I called the company as I had some questions to ask, and they were MORE then helpful. Highly recommend. UPDATE - I have no idea how, but I misplaced mine, had taken it out the freezer to pack groceries and next thing it was gone. Searched high and low and nowhere to be found I reached out to Steven the CEO and Inventor and he sent me 2 full boxes, priority mail which just arrived today. I have one in the freezer already as I am desperate and missed using it. AWESOME COMPANY AND PRODUCT

Definitely helped me when I had the worst yeast infection of my life thanks to antibiotics and my outer lips(labia majora) were swollen shut and I needed an ice pack to fit in side the outer lips when spread open(which hurt like a B) and stuck in there (which also hurt like a B). Other ice packs even when folded were to big and never fit right! They are supposively useful for a bunch of other things but this is the reason I bought it because I could not sit up and laying down putting that on the very inside helped the swelling and you can maneuver it any way you may need to. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it doesn’t stay cold very long like other regular ice packs do. However I was so glad I got this one vs other that are out there for you to buy. Many others are geared just for post partum after birth use but this one said it could be used for many things. It helped A LOT!!! no joke!!! You shouldn’t be disappointed with this and it also comes with its own throw away sleeves that fit perfect over the ice pack when ready to use. They are also very generous with the amount of sleeves they give you.

I love my VagiKool!!! Still can’t believe that this was invented by a guy – I have been having some issues “down there” and VagiKool worked like a charm – I was wearing my Lulu’s and tucked it into my undies and that was it (except for the initial “ooooh that’s cold”) – It is so soft and so are the sleeves and even though it was frozen it stayed flexible and molded to my body - nobody knew that I was using it. I had to drop the kids off at school which takes about half an hour and considering my condition I wasn’t looking forward to sitting in the car while waiting in the drop off line, but to be honest the cold kept the itching off my mind the entire time – great product.

I used this for a couple of days after getting home from hospital. It was very soothing and then as soon as my lady parts were fine (not swollen/healing) it was NOT soothing! I also found I would have to take it out and let it thaw for a couple of minutes before putting it down there. At the hospital they freeze baby diapers and I think that would have worked just as well.. But this is definitely less bulky!

After delivery I lived for ice packs to cope with the discomfort from delivery and healing stitches. When I ran out of ice packs from the hospital, I needed a new option and fast! This was perfect! I got it very quickly thanks to Prime. The fit is streamlined to be way more comfortable to wear even combined with a pad. The gel stayed cool longer than the hospital packs and was way more comfortable to sit on. I will order a second one so I can rotate them more often when I have my next baby.

This product is at first too cold to place directly, but then melts completely in less than ten minutes. There is a no returns policy, so if you are unhappy with the product you have wasted your money. I believe the description and write up in the ad were deceptive re: the actual use of the product.

So not that having a vaginal delivery wasn't beautiful and wonderful, but being sent home with stitches in your hoo-ha, a crying baby and some tucks pads was just not cutting it.. I sent my poor sleep deprived husband out to the store several times for bags of frozen veggies, but they were not the right shape to sit on comfortably, leaked so I spent two days smelling like old peas, and re-froze into horrible solid lumps. Enter: Vagikool!!! Ladies, this is literally everything you could ever want with its ergonomic shape and multiple sleeves. It was even better than the ice packs that they gave me at the hospital.

I thought it would be a great idea postpartum. I didn't realize it would heat so fast after application. Almost useless. Better make and use your own padsicles. It's not worth the money.

I purchased this for my Mum who has Vulvadynia, she thinks it's really helped manage her pain. The icepack hasn't got to be frozen, just a couple of hours in the freezer before use.

Exploded in the freezer.. not sure if this is normal? I didn't even get to use it :( I was so excited too especially for my post parfum recovery
