When I received the product I opened it and the hair was nappy and the comb that they gave me was bendable. I had to wash the hair so her hair wouldn’t be nappy.When I washed the hair the hair was dirty the water had an orange color to it. Overall, I feel like the product is a good product, but I don’t like the fact that when I received the product that hair was nappy and the hair was dirty.

I purchased 3 for my girls. They can spend hours doing the hair. They love braiding it and as you can see the hair does start coming out. All 3 mannequins have experienced hair loss but it's still a good investment. Ive been able to teach them a trade at the age of 8,9 amd 12 during this pandemic

Purchased fir my granddaughter who is learning to braid hair. Popped it straight out of the box and on the hand stand purchases separately, and the rest is history. Hair did not tangle or matte together.
