Fruit Pectin, 2LB (Pack of 1)

Made amazing grape jelly 😍 I make big batches and the container of pectin from my local grocery store was just too small and expensive. This big bag of pectin was affordable and my jelly set wonderfully, with lots of pectin left for future batches. This will definitely be my go-to pectin going forward!

Have used this for jams and jelly. Works as good or better than individual packets that cost more.

It's a great price for the amount you get, but there arent any instructions. So be ready to consult google and trial and error if you are new to jamming.

I think it's an amazing deal for the price you pay. I use a little bit more than what the sure gel brand is recommending like a tablespoon or whatever nothing major because you still are getting it like way way cheaper.

The advertisement was for fruit pectin. What arrived was a 2lb bag of sugar with a little pectin mixed in I would have to recalculate recipes which would likely be way to sweet, even without more added sugar

Excellent product and great results for preserves I have made using this pectin. It also works with less sugar.
