Cut sandwiches very good.
Cuts great. The sealer is little more tricky. Fine line on how much pressure to put to seal it but not cut tear the top bread. But don’t know anyway to improve that. It just takes Practice.

Great
Can’t overstuff and need to use very soft bread. Does t work well with homemade or low sugar bread. Otherwise works great!

Just ok
The square that decrust works fine, however, the one meant to seal the sandwich doesn’t do the job. It cuts the bread again and almost like tears the top piece of bread. I’ve tried with fresh bread and stale-ish bread- it works the same on all.

Have quality bread.
For this to work right you need to use quality bread. The cheap bread rips to easily.

best sandwich press I have used
Have tried the plastic ones and they just break, have tried the all in one, and it is total garabage, this one , works great and uses almost all the bread. very well built, and all stainless steel

Don't Waste Your Time
I ordered this one because it promised to be sturdy. That much was true compared to the othwr metal cookie cutter style I tried. But it doesn't work. I expected the cutting edge to be beveled with how thick the metal is, but that was not the case. It could not cleanly cut the bread. Because overloading can sometimes cause problems with crustless sandwich presses, and filling can prevent a good seal, I tried an empty sandwich to test it out. I used standard soft, plain white bread from town. The first problem came with it not fitting on my slice of bread. Next came pressing my two pieces together, even though one side was full crust, and it mangled my super soft, white bread. It also didn't seal it together, anyway. Plus the sandwich got stuck in the press and had to be pried out, mangling it further. Waste of time and money. Get yourself a cheap plastic or metal/plastic press if you really want sealed sandwiches. They will never be like the ones in town, but they work decently enough. This one does not.

I Don't Know How I Lived Without This!
I ordered this because I don't like the crust on bread. It's amazing how it cuts just perfect; easy to use and clean. I bought another one for a friend and she used it to seal her peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. She is extremely happy with the product. You won't be disappointed.

Did not seal the bread
I like the stainless steel construction. It's great for cutting the crusts off the bread, however, it did a terrible job sealing. The bread just tore and never sealed. I tried multiple different kinds of bread too. Great if you're looking for a crust cutter. Terrible if you are looking for an "seal"

It is very robust, well made and strong. Using it has not yet resulted in a Jaffle though, a toasted sandwich with cut and sealed edges because I haven’t used the right bread (thin sliced white or 50:50) thick wholemeal disintegrates when pressed. And I put a too high pile of cheese in the middle of a slice and didnt press it down because I had buttered the outside of the next piece in advance and didn’t want to get stuck to it. The press got stuck to it, the cutter worked beautifully, but trying to remove both pulled the sandwich apart. I am pretty sure it was me. I am very happy with this implement though, and keen to improve my technique.

This is good for making sandwich parcels, however they are on the small side and have to be careful of how much you're putting in the sandwich otherwise the edges won't seal. So far only tried ham and cheese for a toastie parcel. Would probably be best suited to making sandwiches for children who don't enjoy crusts on their bread.

Bought this to make homemade "uncrustables". It does not seal the bread at all. I tried a few different types of bread. disappointed.
