We bought these straps 3 months ago and I hate them. In the beginning it was almost impossible for me to unlock them and then they started to loosen up and it was easier for me to use but also easy for my 15 month old to get into. The strap piece where it locks has these little "teeth" which go under the white piece on the lock and these are very easy to stretch and rip as you can see in the images I've added. These happened over a month ago and we had to add more straps to secure the cabinets. We have one on our trash can and a couple of days ago I saw my daughter open it and now she keeps doing it so we had to put the trash in another room until our new locks come in. Do not buy these unless you want to replace them only a few months after buying.

Bought these to keep my young toddler from getting into things like the pantry and garbage can. They just kept popping off, and when they did stick, the hole which they adhere to the base becomes damaged quite quickly (which in turn makes it easier to pop the base off too trying to get it off) I regret buying these. I went back to my favorite Munchkin latches.The obvious pro is that they don't leave residue because they don't stick.

Ok, if you put these up high. But easy to pull off. Also, both ends come off the bases easily when trying to undo just one end. Ended up putting them up but never really using them.

I really like these clear latches. Not only were they incredibly easy to install, but they have successfully kept my 8 month old from getting into any drawers, despite her best effort. I really like that these latches are clear so they don't stick out too badly and that they have a little elasticity to them so it feels comfortable when they're pulled and I'm less concerned they would snap. I am able to unlatch them myself to get into the drawers when I need to without too much hassle. I have not tried to remove them so I can't say if there will be any marks or residue on my cabinet.

I really liked how strong these were. They definitely keep my 16 mo old from getting into drawers and cabinets. I even placed two straps on diagonally on either side of a cabinet that rotates in the corner of my kitchen, due to lack of a stationary adjacent wall that fit the strap size, and they work perfectly. I wish they didn't need 7 days to adhere, bc who is going to be able to not mess with that cabinet/drawer for 7 whole days? But, even with the 7 day full adhesive quote, they still stuck on there pretty well, pretty fast. I liked the variety in the bag, but I did feel that the item was a little over priced, but not by much. All in all, we've bought 3 bags now, so obviously we will continue to buy them if we need more. They're definitely better than anything you could get at any store I know of!

LOVE THIS PRODUCT! Straps are a little stretchy but not too stretchy and they're easy enough for me to get them open, but Def not for my daughter to. It's a GOOD buy. Good price, nice sellers, and an easily installed good product. That all I need from a purchase

While it does hold for the most part, it has the absolute worst smell you could imagine. Imagine that smell of Harbor Freight mixed with the smell of glue and rotten eggs.It smells so bad that I had to move the fan so it wouldn't spread the smell. I also can't touch it because the smell easily gets on hands and clothes.I've tried washing it with a rag, soap, and water. I've tried spraying it with air freshener. Nothing works.
