This is an amazing vitamin. Been taking it for years. My hair was falling a lot and thinning out. Now I have thicker hair and my nails grow too fast and they used to be thin and now they’re strong. I definitely recommend these vitamins and for the quality and price it’s great. They’re very easy to swallow and smooth and they don’t have a strong smell.

I’ve been taking for 4 months. I was breaking out so bad on my cheeks and forehead, I’d tried so much. Here are before and afters. My skin started clearing up immediately. Hair is growing too, and my nails are less brittle.

in general biotin is a great supplement, for nails hair and skin, it does take time for a vitamin to be effective, will not work in next day or next week, but also depends on your body, I prefer to the 12.000 mcg but this one is particular have a faster release, this gives my hair a bit more alive looking side, you have to be consistent if you are taking it, I stopped taking it for a few months and my hair thinned a bit

This product doesnt prevent hair from falling out like Natures Own "hair skin & nails" which i had been using for 2 yrs. But boy it does GROW hair. Too bad it cant prevent hair from falling out, but if i had to pick, i'd take this one, partly because it's far cheaper too.
