Great product
This is an excellent subwoofer. The price is very reasonable for the sound and quality. Set up takes 30 seconds. I have it hooked up to an amplifier and it sounds perfect. Only had 1 rca plug and you can use in either right or left input. Look forward to buying more products from Rockville.

The two separate adjustments for the base.
For the cost of this sub, setup correctly with your surround, it sounds really good.

The sound and it's solid.

Poor sound quality
Way too much bottom end. I have to keep the volume almost all the way down. If I turn it up, the sound is muddled and it sounds like there is a constant hum. I've tried adjusting the frequency but it still doesn't sound good at all. A 6" or 8" inch sub-woofer with a lot less power would have been sufficient. It almost seem like this was designed for a very large room with a very powerful sound system. It's over-powered for a TV or living room. I wish I would have returned it.

Good
Worked fine for the first 30 days and sounded great for the price and then it went out. I was over the return policy through amazon. Contacted seller and there customer support. Explain what happen and they were great, did some troubleshooting and when all said and done they stated they would send me a new one. One catch but an understanding one I had to send it back to them and then they would send a new one. Only negative is it took 4 weeks for the process. Overall great customer service. No issues with new one so far.
