I’ve had this light for a full year now, and I can confidently say it’s one of my favorite purchases. The design is sleek and thin, and the stand folds flat right into the device, making it super easy to store or travel with huge plus. I bought it in October 2024 and started using it right away during my early morning coffee routine. I keep it on the side table while I relax around 4 AM, and even 15 minutes a day makes a noticeable difference. Sometimes I leave it on longer while finishing my coffee either way, it sets a great tone for the day. I started using it again early this year (October 2025) because I remembered how much it improved my mood last winter. I’ve also been working on improving my vitamin D levels which have always been low and I truly believe that combining this light with my Micro Ingredients D3 + K2 supplement has helped me beat the winter blues. The light has held up perfectly after a year. It’s lightweight, easy to pack, and the quality still feels brand new. Some reviewers mentioned it gets hot, but I haven’t noticed that at all. One note: the controls are touch-style, not physical buttons, but they’re responsive and easy to use. Overall: A+ for price, design, and performance. I only use it in the winter, but I have no doubt it would last through daily use year-round. Highly recommend for anyone looking to make dark mornings a little brighter! Sometimes with products like this, you wonder if they really work or if it’s just in your head. This light truly mimics natural sunlight and I have proof! On the same table sits my 20-year-old MOVA rotating globe, which only spins when exposed to real sunlight. It hasn’t rotated in years because it’s too far from a window. But when I turn on this therapy lamp, the globe starts moving again a clear sign this light really does replicate the power of the sun.

I first bought this product a bit over a year ago. It was great then and it's great now. I do my light therapy either at home or at work, so I need two lights. I was getting frustrated with my second light that I bought elsewhere, so I came back and bought this one again. It's a great light. The controls are simple, the light is very bright, the design is sleek and looks good on my desk. My only irritation is that I keep forgetting that it remembers your last brightness selection and frequently hit the on button twice, which means it turns off and I have to start over cycling through the brightness settings. I also wish it had an indicator as to how far you are in your timer (I once had one that showed you that you're past the halfway mark). Overall, a great find.

The product is definitely very bright. The cons for now are that it's not wireless and that I have to connect it to a USB-C when I want to use it, I tend to move around in the morning throughout my apartment so it's not convenient having it in one spot. Also the buttons are activated by touch so it can be hard to locate them to turn on and off the device since the light is so bright. The lamp doesn't get hot, is a good size, looks sleek, and so far is stable. I wish the light was warmer rather than a colder color. So far it's working well but it will take a while until I can tell if my mood is improving. I've used it twice and think there is a potential increase in my mood.

As others have said, this lamp is great until it decides to stop turning on and off. I loved the smaller size and the different adjustment options. But what good are those if it won't even turn on? The issue seems to be with the switches - they're not true buttons you can press, just touch-activated spots on the bottom panel. For the past 2 weeks I was able to wiggle and finagle it for several minutes to eventually coax it to turn on, but even when it did come on, it had to be fully unplugged to be shut off because the power switch would not respond. Today nothing worked, even after 10+ minutes of messing with it. Such a shame, since it is a nice design overall, but just not worth it in the end. I'm going to try again and invest in a different one and hope for more than a month's use for my money.

Works great despite the small size. Great price! Perfect for having in my office at work and not taking up much space.

I love this lamp in the winter time. Perfect for those mornings when it’s too cold to go outside or the clouds are keeping the sun at Bay. Certainly helped my seasonal blues when I used it in the mornings

The brightness settings and multiple timers were nice. It worked as intended for 7 months. I dropped my tweezers on it and... it simply stopped working. So you kinda get what you pay in this case.

Compact size, and great option for long dark days and seasonal affective disorder!
