Would never know it was a refurbished iPad to look at it. Excellent condition. Works great!

The iPad was exactly as described and arrived when it said it would, I’m surprised it still holds up and works good for being from 2020

I purchased this so my granddaughter could have her own iPad. She needed it for school to do work at home. And of course to play with the. Kids programs that are available for them.

Just to start - I was not expecting this to be a top-of-the-line iPad. I bought it knowing it was 6 years old by the time it got to me. I've had it for about a month and I love it. It has some scratches on the back from the previous user, but no cracks on the screen. The battery is slow to charge, but it holds power pretty well. I've had some difficulty with the thumbprint ID, but entering the password works just as well. If you're going to buy it, know you're getting an iPad for cheap & the item will likely reflect that. It works very well - it's quick loading apps and websites, and is perfect for me with streaming and graphic design. Note for graphic designers - it works with the original Apple Pencil and does not have the pressure feature.

This is a quality iPad for a 2020, i believe i should have spent moore to get a newer model. This one works quite well, good value for the money. It easily connected to my Wifi, color and screen quality looks fairly new. We uploaded all data to the Cloud and downloaded to this iPad from the Cloud, did not take very long to get up and running. I've had several iPads and they are all compatibility with my wifi and easy to connect.

I am visually impaired and I wanted a bigger screen to watch videos on. I was looking for a renewed iPad and I found a great deal for a WiFi 32gb iPad. What I got was a WiFi plus cellular iPad! I was not expecting that but I’m happy that I got it! The listing mentioned WiFi only. A 32gb device doesn’t leave a lot of room for apps so you have to prioritize what you want to install on it. Most streaming apps like Netflix can be used in the browser. Some apps may try to make you download the app. The size is great for people with limited vision, like myself. Whoever had this device before I got it took great care of it. I don’t see many dings, nicks, or scratches. It looks nearly flawless. You can update it to iOS 26 but you may experience some lag, so be warned. I wouldn’t recommend gaming on a 32gb device. After all the updates, you might be looking at about 10gb left maybe. It works great for what I need it for. An added bonus is if I need to take it out of the house and I don’t want to connect to sketchy public WiFi networks, I can connect a cellular plan to it and I’m off and running. It’s capable of connecting via a physical SIM card or eSIM. I highly recommend this iPad!

I brought this iPad for media purposes, as I enjoy taking pictures on my canon m50 and creating videos and content. I needed to use certain apps like Lightroom and Photoshop and Premiere Rush to edit my pictures and videos. I never have additional space on my phone or macbook, so I got this hoping to be able to have a separate avenue to create freely without worrying about storage space. This iPad has been borderline perfect. When i received it, it barely had any scratches on the screen or scuffs or cracks on the product. It almost looks brand new, and looks brand new to people who didn’t actually purchase this refurbished like i did. Only complaint I have is that for some reason it takes a 4-5 hours sometimes to charge fully. For context, my iPhone 13 Pro Max can fully charge in 2 hours, sometimes 3 if i’m on it while it charges. When I first started charging the iPad, i was astounded by how slow the charge was in 30 minutes to an hour. BUT. After it charges fully, YOU ARE GOOD TO GO! I don’t use my iPad every second of the day because of my iPhone and Macbook is where i do my most of my work, but the charge on this iPad holds up for days which is awesome. Wish it charged faster, might just be a battery defect or old one, but boy oh boy does it hold a charge for long time. I’ve had this iPad for 20 days thus far and I’m pretty sure i’ve only charged it twice. Shoutout to refurbished products. Great value and addition to my content workflow!

I love the IPad and the color , but it took forever to set it up. It was stuck on the “update your IPad automatically” screen and the “make this your new ipad”. The screen size is amazing and the use of it is amazing! I love the weight not very heavy.
