Good faucet and prompt customer service
I have purchased 6 of these and one started leaking within a year. They asked for input on the source of the leak and then sent a replacement for free. The remaining 5 are working great.

Noise alert!
Looks great, well constructed. My only issue is that when turned on with a combo of both hot and cold water, it's noisy. I have no issue with just hot or just cold but when I have the handle in any centered position, the noise of the water thru the body of the faucet is very loud. It actually scared me a bit the first time I turned it on.

Rusted and leaking...very disappointed
I have bought two of these in the past and this was the most recent. Sadly this one didn't last as 5 months after installing, it began to rust and leak. It will definitely have to be replaced as I can't have my sink looking like this all the time.
