For the money, this is great. I am pleased with the shape of my baguettes, left for their final rise in this tray. Do be aware of the following and then you will get good results: 1) The little holes prevent a damp underbelly but if left to rise in the tray, the botton of your baguettes will have a 'chicken skin' and may be harder to remove from the tray as dough sinks into the holes. I don't like the chicken-skin effect so I now line my tray with baking paper. All of the trays of this type have the holes. 2) The tray is a little bendy so hold it on both sides. That sounds worse than it is - it won't fold in half or anything but the baguette on the far side could sag if you aren't careful. The baguettes are nicely sized, and I recommend John Kirkwood's recipe on YouTube which I used for the baguettes shown.

This is well made and fits perfectly in my oven its great for making rolls large and small it's very easy to clean and keeps its shape all in all it's a good buy at a good price

I discovered a really easy no knead baguette recipe that even a fool can't mess up. Only challenge with it is that they go out of the traditional baguette shape when you cook them on a tray or silicon mat. This little tray however keeps them in perfect shape and works really well to prove the loaves too. Dusting with a fine layer of flour means no sticking and an easy clean. Pair this up with a lame and you will be the master of great French bread. Bon appetit.

Likes. The holes and shape allow the heat to cook and brown the baguettes brilliantly. Light and easy to store. Dis likes. Hard to clean, and the non stick has began to come, but I do use it very often.

Good Quality and very usefull

Ekşi maya ekmek yapımı için almıştım. Fırın fanlı olunca ekşi maya ekmek yapmanın pek tadı olmuyor. Bir nebze olsun ekmek daha çok kabardı. Öyle deliklerden hamur falan çıkmıyor. Başarılıydı.

Ik zou dit niemand aanraden om te kopen. De antiaanbaklaag laat na een tijdje los. Zie de zwarte spikkels op de tweede foto. De andere foto is van de onderkant. Die is nog goed omdat die nooit met het brood in contact komt. Helaas zilver kleurige residu op mijn broden. Dus na een tijdje onbruikbaar, want dit is een voedsel onveilig product.

Das Blech ist Super. Alles bleibt in Form. Leicht zu reinigen.
