Q: Does it make a lot of sound ?

No however be wary it is not designed for extended use. If you're using it under or on top of your desk at work for a few hours a day it's perfect. I tried using mine overnight to help modulate my home temperature in a few rooms and it was burnt out within 60 days.

Q: Is it safe for bathroom?

Excellent question. Unfortunately, model CT16450 has not been designed for bathroom usage. If you are interested in a unit designed for bathroom usage please check out wither models CD08200 or CD08210.

Q: Does the unit shut off when it reaches the designated temperature?

No, it doesn’t. But it does have fuse that prevents overheating as a safety feature.

Q: Do it cause carbon dioxide

No. The heat is produced by electricity, not by burning any kind of fuel. Carbon dioxide would only come from burning kerosene or something similar.
