Does it turn into powder? remember ting used to do that. the cream tinged when you put it on and it turned into powder.

No, this cream does not turn into a powder after applied. Though it is grease-less and after a few minutes does completely dry. It does not leave your skin oily. I had no noticeable tingle sensation while using it either.
