Ok, this may be one of the best cooktops in the market right now . But I can't help but compare it with our old Mitaso cooktop, which served us faithfully for over 30 years! That kind of durability is rare these days. Now that we're using this newer models from Prestige, I honestly doubt this will last more than 8–10 years, even with careful use. The materials and build quality just don't feel as solid. It seems like companies today are more focused on sleek looks and short-term functionality rather than making products that truly last. It would be great if brands went back to designing appliances with longevity in mind. After all, durability is a big part of value for money

I recently ordered a gas stove from Prestige, and I’m really disappointed with what I received. The product seems like a used item — there were clear signs of previous usage, and the packaging was poorly done. Moreover, the stove has a serious issue: fire is coming out from under the burner, which is extremely unsafe and shows poor quality control. I expected a brand-new, safe, and reliable product from Prestige, but this was a very unpleasant experience. Please look into this matter and ensure that customers receive proper quality-checked items in the future.
