I have been searching for a new limited ingredient dog food. My dogs were not interested in other brands and would refuse to eat sometimes. They love this brand and always finish their bowls! I few like they have had fewer digestion issues and have stopped eating grass!

My Malshi is a very picky eater. I’ll put his other Blue Buffalo food down and he’ll eat it way later. This Basic, he eats right away and I swear he’s smiling after. Less itching and good bowel movements. I will sick with this. It even smells good to me. Plus they are just the right bit size for my little guy.

My chihuahua has food allergies and I’ve been struggling with finding the perfect dry food for him. I’ve used a variety of limited ingredient food. This is the perfect size kibble for his little mouth and it smells pretty great. The appearance is that of better quality than what I’ve used in the past. This is a great value.

Easy on my pups stomach. She was having problems digesting and would get reflux. So far this has been the answer. Digests easily and she loves it.

I had changed to blue for over a year. I had been purchasing other brands for my pups thinking that they were "healthy". However, a few of the products gave my pups bad allergies. After a few weeks of purchasing Blue basics. I noticed a huge difference on the coat and skin of the pups . The redness was gone, no more scratching, and most of all they liked it. the kibbles that I purchased were for small dogs and it worked well, not too big, easy for them to eat. When they would got outside for their business, it was solid, no diarrhea. It can be a little pricey, but it is worth it. Pups tried, the salmon, turkey and lamb. They enjoyed it.

My boys have been eating this for a few years. When I got my 2 rescue dogs (from different places) both had been fed with lower quality, higher bulk food. One had that oozing discoloration from his eyes. The other a lackluster coat. After switching to this Blue Buffalo kibble, the eye discharge stopped within a week. Both of their coats are the correct texture now (both have split coats). Because of the quality of food, the portions are smaller. Yard cleanup (if you get my meaning) is easy and nearly odorless.

My dogs have IBS which causes tremendous issues when they eat certain foods. Blue Buffalo Basics Limited Ingredient Diet, Grain Free Natural Adult Small Breed Dry Dog Food, Lamb & Potato has wonderful ingredients which keep their stools firm and formed about 85%-95% of the time. This is up from about 50% with the last food I gave them. They are also very picky when it comes to the flavor of their food - they will either eat it with tremendous enjoyment or they will leave it in their bowls and give it a "this nauseates me look." My two babies absolutely love the flavor of this food, especially the small Vital Mineral bites - they would eat these as a treat they love them so much.
