High quality and simple. If it’s a big deal to you, over a couple years the package opened in my smaller med kits that have stuff rubbing on each other. Also have these in a med backpack and they have stayed sealed

Used one of these on a trauma patient and was able to secure the airway. The NPA is slightly more flexible than I anticipated but did not need lube and it was easier to insert than the very rigid ones.

The good thing about this NPA is that it can be bent to a size that fit's inside a very small IFAK like the BFG Micro Trauma Kit pouch. Pretty satisfied overall, also comes with 5g of lubricant. Hope I don't have to use though

Every trauma kit should have one of these. Granted, if you have to use it, your patient is having a REALLY bad day. However, these are small enough and cheap enough that you should have one in every kit. They are hermetically sealed and sterile. They come with a lubricant and look to be easy to manipulate. Definitely get training on how to use these via a stop the bleed course. They do however make a great addition to your kit because it keeps the patient's airway open so that you can use your hands to tend to other issues. Good price, too.
