Works great if short
I read a lot of reviews before buying where people reported inserts being small, narrow, or uncomfortable. I can say I didn't have any of these issues. I'm not a large person--I wear US men's 5/US women's 6.5--and these were perfectly sized for my sneakers. I used them in a pair of deep-set "platform" (there's only like an inch of lift booo) shoes, women's size 7. The shoes were a loose fit on me on purpose so that I could add lifts. I ended up using one attachment to the heel each, but I also used another wedge attachment under the toe part to give me more of a platform inside overall. (The shoes had a LOT of room from sole to tongue) I cut them down to the line marked 7, despite it saying men's, so these may be a bit shorter than you'd expect? But they're not uncomfortable at all. They're quite cushy and nice to walk on. I frequently wear platforms or heels though, so maybe do some calf pulses before you go buying these if you anticipate having an issue lol. I suspect they might flatten a bit over time, but unless you used these in huge boots, you'll probably have a wedge or two left over that you couldn't use in the heel (unless you wanna look insane) that you can add in later. For an Amazon shoe insert, I'd say it's not bad at all. They're more comfortable to use than just wearing my other 3" platform sneakers so I say it's worth it to try em.

Gave me good height but uncomfy after a while
You need bigger shoes and pants that go past ur ankles for this to be seamless if you’re using all 3 inserts. I wear this with baggie jeans and my AF1’s and nobody can tell. But when I’m wearing only 2 it hides a lot better if I wanted to wear shorts. I only wear these for important events and my feet start to hurt after a while but it’s really not to bad. Kinda feels as if wearing heels?

Junk
First, these are very poorly crafted. The rubber/foam material isn't cut out properly, with odd hanging pieces and uncomfortable production type bumps from the mold that aren't sanded or trimmed off. Initial impression out of the box is that these are shoddy. Also, the sizing where you can cut off the excess is impossible to read, due to the poor craftsmanship and distortion where the sizing guide is written. The other issue is that these are too narrow. They float in your shoe from side to side, almost as though these were made for tiny little narrow shoes. I do not have wide feet. Due to the narrow width throughout, I find half of my foot is on the padded part, and the other portion hangs off and has a gap under it, where I feel the elevation difference between the shoe and the pad pressing uncomfortably. The concept and idea is good, the product execution and craftsmanship is poor. I would not recommend these.

Decent pair
They are overall good, but if you have a wide foot it's not the best. The are hard to fit into normal shoes and feel unbalanced sometimes. Other than that these are good.

Functional
Worked for a patient with plantar flexion contractures to help them stand and walk. Was able to cut to size.

Not comfortable
6’0 trying to go to 6’2 is a pain. Quality wise it could be better but at the bottom of your feet they’ll just hurt. There are better options on Amazon. just continue searching.
