Metric bolts
Would be a 5 I'd it was as described. This is not for Harley Davidson as there bolt are standard and the bolt that came with this are metric. I had to spend a second $20 at home Depot on the the proper 2"x3/8 x 16 bolts.

Solid...but no instructions
The pieces were good quality but wish it came with a simple piece of paper to show where they go.

Incorrect description. does not fit 97-08 touring Harley
Front does not have cutout for clearance of shock which is imperative so cannot even be used as replacement rubbers. Absolutely no bolts. Intentionally inaccurate description for fitment. I'm including a link to the kit I found on here that will fit the application of 97-08 Harley Touring bikes.
