These are a great alternative to things like electrolytes due to the latter being more suited towards high end physical performance. These multivitamins give a slight edge intellectually, when taking the tablets I feel more energised to do tasks that require intensive thought and pro longed focus. I think they are more than suitable for physical activity but not necessarily being moderate for elite performance . It's completely different to energy drinks which contain the properties of niacin (B3) because when mixed with sugar it gives you an energy dump so there's a good high in initial phase but a big roll off when settling down. But these tablets reciprocate a more organic feeling. As advised these are not a replacement foods because it's not a meal supplement but it should be something taken alongside a healthy diet and from experience they are best used in this scenario. I would also strongly recommend the consumption advice located on the lid. This highlights two scenarios; taking the tablets with a full glass of water / during the phase of eating a meal. I have cut corners twice taking them on an empty stomach, which prompted an uncomfortable feeling for around 10 mins. This is clearly against the terms highlighted on the instructions but for anyone looking to do the same, don't.

It says they are meant to be peppermint flavour but they are not. They taste awful & I’ve noticed when I burp I get a horrid gas come back & think it’s these as can’t think of any other reason. Didn’t take for a while because I kept forgetting. Now I’m Taking everyday. They taste & smell awful. Can’t honestly say I’m feeling any real benefit but was advised by my gp to take multivitamins so just see how they go I’ve got a good 6-9 months of them left so maybe I need more time for me to benefit from them

Forms part of my vitamin stack and seem to have everything they should have. However, they taste foul, basically don't let them touch your tongue as they are bitter and do not taste like peppermint. There is a slight peppermint smell from the bottle itself however this is quickly overpowered by what can only be described as burnt plastic. I have been taking these for six months now with now issues and once you get past the taste and smell they are the best value on here. I will buy again, but I am looking for other options.
