I have been using the ASquared supplements for a good while now and have been very pleased with their products! They feel like they are of a higher quality than most others I have taken, and I feel like the owner(s) must really take the time to research each one, and to find the most optimal way of delivering the supplement to the body of the user. Just as an example, I am a vegetarian and therefore I do not intake enough B-12 naturally since it is derived from animal product; I only get B-12 through cheese and I certainly don’t eat enough cheese to maintain a healthy daily dose of this vitamin. My energy levels can sometimes feel very low, and I have tried SO MANY B-12 supplements on the market. I have tried vitamins, capsules, gummies, liquid drops, etc and NOTHING has worked for me - until I started taking the Methyl-B12 from this brand ASquared. The way this vitamin is delivered is amazing as it is available for absorption immediately (after doing a ton of research I learned this is the best way for people like me to take this vitamin). I can tell the difference on days that I take my vitamins and supplements late (or forget to take them), as I feel lethargic without. Currently, I have a whole regimen going using mostly all ASquared products. I just turned 40 this year and I figured it is time for me to take control of my health. I use their Methyl B-12, Vitamins D-3 and K-2, Berberine, Raspberry Ketones, Quercetin, Nicotinamide, and DHEA. The only supplements I use that are not from ASquared include an Olly Women’s Daily Multivitamin, as well as a Women’s Probiotic. In addition, I do eat healthy and exercise, and I feel better and stronger than ever - yes, at 40. Lastly, I haven’t been sick in so long and I do believe it is owed to these supplements giving my immune system what it needs to repair itself and stay healthy! I highly recommend this manufacturer and the supplements that they offer! I have reached out to customer service once before, and Adam was highly responsive and helped me to the fullest. This may be a small family-owned business, but the way that they take care of and treat their customers is top notch and undefeated. I was already very satisfied with the products before, however after speaking with Adam over several days has truly made me a customer for life and I am so impressed with their operations. Not to mention they are made in the USA so no import/back order issues, or tariffs spiking up their prices! 10/10!

So, i waited until i completed 80 percent of my bottle before my review, and now that i have im definitely ordering anther one. I'm a 27yr old woman diagnosed as a diabetic type 2 as of 2015 and have PCOS. I'm so amazed by this product that i don't know where to begin. First, let me start with the things i struggled with; the most obvious high blood sugar (post meal usually >200, fasting >150), overweight (214 when starting berberine), nicaraguan acanthosis (darkening of the skin in areas like neck/creases- I'm african american btw so it gets really dark). So im sooo happy to state that my results have been amazing. my fasting blood sugar has been 89-100, sometimes 115-120 if ive eating something i had no business eating at night or throught the day), post meal is usually around 120-130, my weight is down to 206, and the major issue for me was the ancanthosis since that is one of the major signs your body isn't using insulin properly, and my neck has lightened considerable (which is also a boost of confidence). i didnt test my cholesterol levels but from my research apparently that is also positively affected as well. I feel energetic and less lethargic and dazed ESPECIALLY after a meal. i literally had fast food one day from lunch and i felt light, not heavy or hazey as a result of your blood sugar shooting too high really fast. Last, i have or should i say had combination IBS, and i cant remember the last time i had bathroom issues. i'm regular as long as my diet isn't crazy. i don't know if berberine is to blame for that but im confident that it played a part. I'm so happy i decided to go this route as ive worked in pharmacy as a tech for years and i see the meds diabetics walk away with everyday and i refused to start the journey..i tried metformin and i told myself "this cant be life". I am now combining exercise and a healthier diet with this regimen and i'm so excited for whats to come.

I discovered Berberine doing a search for help with my extremely painful (talking screaming pain) gas generated from eating anything starting with "F" and ending with "D" -- "OO" in the middle! I started eliminating food groups trying to determine what was causing the biggest problem -- for me, the worse items are anything with starch, wheat, or yeast -- being a person who L_O_V_E_S warm breads and pretzels, this fact has been devastating! I started dropping serious weight -- couldn't eat nearly anything -- grumbling stomach also causes gas so I was not feeling like getting out of the bed -- two large breed dogs so that was not an option... Combining Berberine, Olive Leaf Extract and Oil of Oragano before anything I put in my mouth has worked wonders! Unbelievable results!!! There are still a few foods that cause me some distress (including some raw vegetables) but I can at least eat again and even have an occasional bagel! I had an illeostomy so frequent bathroom breaks is something I have lived with since that surgery -- BUT, very little gas or pain using these items!

Great supplement product!

I already know the value of Berberine with type 2 diabetes, since, because of it, I have been taken completely off of two kinds of insuline and now have normal blood sugar. I decided to try this brand as it seems to be a better value than a brand I used before. All I can say at the moment is that it arrived on time and all seems to be in order. I will update my review after I have had the opportunity to use the whole bottle. I would like to also say, if anyone is considering using Berberine to control their blood sugars, they should be very conscientious about testing their blood sugars and should drink plenty of water. Also, it isn't a magic pill. It won't work if you don't eat properly. Yes, you blood sugars will be lower, but not optimum. All in all I highly recommend it as part of a common sense part of an overall good eating program and exercise.
