I tested my brake fluid about a month ago and while servicing my 2016 F-150 this week, saw that I forgot to put the cap back on and it was now missing. Checked around and saw AutoZone and others had a Dorman cap for $10 and you had to buy the gasket for another $9. I would have bought it but it also said DOT 3 fluid on the cap (mine takes DOT4). Wasn't sure if the original Motorcraft here included a seal/gasket. I even posted a question. YES it does include DOT4 cap and Gasket! Perfect fit and factory original. And even a few bucks cheaper. Arrived in 2 days. Sucked out all the moisture contaminated brake fluid (don't tell your spouse you have the turkey baster) and back in business. Thank you Amazon!

Cap for the brake fluid reservoir/Master Cylinder reservoir: Fit perfectly for: 2015 Ford F150 SuperCrew 3.5L EcoBoost. My old/orig cap had a horizontal hairline crack at the top seam where it goes from the sides to the top. Ordered this one, fit nicely, no issues. Only had it a week or so, so can't speak to long term durability. Just reviewing that it fit as it should for the above vehicle. Thanks all!

Bro! I put the damn OEM cap near the firewall (hood was open), thinking it would be safe. I hear a clank and look and my cap had fallen into the finder firewall. After some research I decided against ripping my front firewall all to heck and ordered this. It was a perfect fit and was delivered next day. I think it would have been same day if didn't try to pull the OG one out of the fender. At this this price not a bad idea to keep one in stock. I prefer to do my own breaks and this kind of thing can happen more than once.
