I purchased a Skmei watch on 22 November 2025, which is still under the six-month warranty period. I am facing a serious quality issue with the product. The second needle has become detached from its position, which is manufacturing defect. None is responding from your team.

Good product and mechanism provided by SKMEI, but not satisfied with the built quality
After almost 2months of usage, the belt of the watch has been torn. No external damage on the watch whatsoever. I hope the product gets covered under warranty.
