I have been taking these for about 2 weeks and for the first time in a long time I am falling asleep faster and then able to go back to sleep after getting up during the night to use the restroom. The only thing I am really disappointed with is the fact that they don't give you a full month in the dosage. Only 23 days worth instead of 30 so that puts the cost quite expensive when living on a limited budget!!! I am ordering more because they seem to work but I feel like they are doing what everybody is doing....cutting down the quantity but keeping the price. :-( Because of the price I will be searching for another product.

I bought this after my cousin recommended it. My husband has shingles pain and it did help with some relief of pain. It did not take the pain away but did make it more manageable

I find this so helpful for headaches, and things that keep me awake when I want to rest, strained muscles and charley horses. Great, and rec by my neurologist for headaches at early onset. Like most headache meds its most effective early but still helpful late.

I wish I didn't have to give even one star. I ordered these very expensive pills with hopes that they would work, but I cannot tell ANY difference when I use them. VERY high cost, NO benefit. I would return them if I was allowed to do so!!

Seem like a beneficial vitamin supplement. I like the calming relaxing effect it has on the body.

I was having a difficult time with the heavy painkillers after total knee replacement surgery. I was constantly nauseous and throwing up. Nights were miserable with little sleep. A friend recommended this product and it saved me! No stomach upset. I took 6 pills every 4 hours and they really work. The melatonin helped me to rest. I was able to quit the Narcotics after only a week and replace it with ibuprophen and this product. Just order extra because once you try it you’ll want to keep it on hand. I wish they offered bulk prices!

Great stuff if you need pain killer in the middle of the night on an empty stomach.

I guess you have to take a few bottles to really get relief.
