Review: A birds eye view into the Man Donald Trumps world. - Having little background knowledge of Donald Trumps life, history, and world views, and Not knowing why he thinks the way he does, or his value systems, or what his vision for the future holds, this book provided a keen insight into all those areas. Written by that Democrat Donald J. Trump - A Complete Road Map to the First Trump Presidency
Updated: December 2023: First it is hard to believe that in the 1990s this book was written to address the basic policy issues of the Democrat Party. Times changed, Trump didn't change much. By the time he ran for President in 2015 these views and issues were more mainline republican - In the span of the waining days of the Clinton Presidency and skipping to the aftermath of the Obama administration - this book will show any socialogist or history buff the dramatic shift in party politics. Understand the Policy and Programs of the Trump Administration - written 23 years ago. This was written by a Blue Collar Hard Hat Democrat. A man whose personal interactions with his work force made him understand what people want America to be. He is a bit rough around the edges, but he had mingled with the DNC shakers and movers in the USA all his life to publication. Everyone knows the Art of the Deal, many people are familiar with Staying at the Top, and after graduating from the School of Hard Knocks, Trump wrote his sage book on the Art of the Comeback. This is his fourth and prophetic text. Democrats alike should find nothing in this book a reasonable person would disagree with today - written at the by a Democrat! Maybe the continuous or point of disagreement with Trump with come from 79% of the 2023 population. Trump wants to essentially ensure the workplace or schools get the best equally qualified filledl by a national average quota system for "Preferences in Hiring and Education" . He does not want to continue at the expense of White Men, those same classmates you had in your public schools (since 1968) as you attended... so why do you need 10 points bonus for any application? This is one the many issues Trump wants to tackle in a second term should he be elected. Everything Trump's administration was about is outlined in this book. He wants the same opportunities for everyone.

A Companion Book to the Trump: The Art of the Deal
This book is as his previous book written in a very readable and "easy" style. It conveys his life experiences and acquaintances that have influenced and formed his political mind. Some if not all these, he is now applying in his role as our current president. America is certainly benefitting from his business experiences and successes that he is adopting to his policies in government.

Delivered in excellent condition
Reads like a dialogue. Foretold terrorist attack a full year before based on knowledge that it was also attacked while bill Clinton was in his first few months in office.

AN INVALUABLE GUIDE TO WHAT DRIVES TRUMP'S PRESIDENTIAL AGENDA
This is quite a valuable read if you want to gain an insight in Trump's thinking and vision of what America is and should be. Written well before his surprisingly successful campaign to become POTUS it's a fairly clear road-map of where he hopes to take the nation and why during his presidency. Read it and you will discover that to date he's simply following that road-map and therefore isn't as puzzling and unpredictable as the media likes to portray him. You may or may not feel comforted by what you read, but at least you won't be in the dark.

A great read
I never gave serious thought to Donald Trump as a presidential candidate back in the Clinton era, and was surprised to learn in this now 20 year old book that he was giving very serious thought to the problems America faces. In this book I learned that he sincerely loves America, sees its major problems clearly, and in the true spirit of a guy who loves to fix things wants to change things for the better. Trump has the courage to tell it like it is, and because he doesn’t need the money that the job pays, or the pension, we should trust him to do what’s right.

Sounds Like Trump From Yesterday
After reading this book it sounds like Trump just wrote this book but it was written over 20 years ago! Trump warns about our dangerous relationship with China and says other things like it sounds like he just gave a speech last year when he was president. I'm really surprised that Trump caught people off guard. He wrote lots of books and no one had problems with him until he KEPT his promises and stuck with his beliefs which most other politicians do not do. But this is a GREAT book. I have 6-7 other Trump books too and this one is one of the best.

While a bit dated for today's circumstances, this book gives a good look into the mindset of Donald Trump. While his overseas ideas can be seen as a little flaky the domestic policies are very good. I hope he does well this year and he lives up to what he has written.

A seminal book written as a manifesto. A worthwhile book written in 1998, by a businessman who dreamt of what was wrong with the US and how he would put right. The book surprisingly covers: - Family and Family values. His brother and alcoholism, His hard taskmaster father and his Uncle. All this is a revelation that aspires to a solid view on Family; - Business and Regulation. This is what he is good at. Worth knowing his views on Regulation. - People. The forgotten little man. - Foreign Policy. The mediocrity of those who practice it; Extrapolating rather than Breaking the mould to a new paradigm. - Environment. His view is anti environmentalist who trades off technological progress providing solutions. - Politics. Replacing bureaucracy with value add performance for the Nation.

Read in 2019. Why in heavens name is this side of Donald Trump not publicised more, to balance all the pathetic anti-Trump and biased garbage put out by the current anti-Trump media. Bring it up to date and republish - please. Perhaps CNN would like to put in an offer to sponsor it!!!
