I’ve tried multiple brands and this relieves the pain the best. It also folds, which is very important to me as I take it with me when I travel and even to others’ houses.

This cushion is quite padded although the holes are quite far apart for me. Ordering was tricky as 3 times it said payment not authorised but after checking bank it had taken payment 3 times so I had to contact to cancel 2 payments which they did.

Just use on a long flight back from Japan and this cushion helped me get a lot of sleep. It was extremely comfortable and fit. The coach seat perfectly.

Sadly I had to return this product but I can see how it could help some people. This cushion is well made but just too soft to support my lower back pain.

Returned, feels lumpy, cushion needs to be longer front to back, no side support. Went with Cushion Lab product. Better feel, provides side support. Side to side & front to back dimensions are the same.

Pros & Cons of 4 different cushions: Cushy Tushy – ONE side is much softer than the other. Sinks down on right side so you lean sideways. Softest, very comfortable, travel foldable. Maybe too mushy for decent back support. Poorly made. Janemiri – Holes way too far apart even with adjustable strap. Curves make alignment even tougher. Might work for larger size person. Aylio – about same density/firmness as iHealth, but holes are bigger so easier to line them up without thinking about it. Keeper. iHealth Fix – Firm cushion. Small holes mean you have to make sure you're on target. Aylio is better but more expensive. iHealth second best.

I have ischial bursitis and tendinitis in my hamstring, and this seat has been a lifesaver. The folding feature and sling bag is perfect for bringing into the workplace. I also use this in my van and it prevents pain from shooting down my hamstring. Highly recommend! The quality and thickness are excellent.

Really good it's comfortable

This is the very best cushion I have ever bought, and I’ve bought quite a few. The bag is really good too because I always felt conspicuous going into restaurants and pubs carrying a cushion.

I found this cushion to be quite firm and a bit misalligned when it unfolds. did not meet my expectations . especially for the high price

Would be better if it had adjustable size

I have bursitis of my left hip. When I sit on the cushion - which appears and is well made - I find that I can't get comfortable on it and it seems to aggravate the ischial tuberosity (sitz bone) on the medial or inside of my hip (near the buttocks gluteal fold). I'm only giving two stars as for me it's not comfortable. It could be that I'm small for the seat. I'm 5 feet 7 inches and about 120lbs. Maybe for a larger size person the seat would work better. I feel badly leaving this review - but I also think it's important for others to know.
