These worked so well when my daughter had a high temp with the flu! They stuck well and helped make her more comfortable.

Saw these on a tiktok, and thought I'd try them since we live in the deep south and its so HOT here so I actually use them if we go to the park or are outside at an event! They work great for the kids and even the baby (I apply on the outside of their clothes not on the skin incase of skin sensitivity). The only down side is they have an odor to them, similar to Bengay lotion.

It has a mint scent. Very gooey at first. I get hot flashes and wear one of these every night and they work great. After having used these every night for several months my forehead is very smooth. As time goes on the gooey dries up and it will fall off on its own. I’ve worn them on my arm too during the day. My body temperature is too high for me to wear on my forehead during the day, it will slide off. Kind of like melting from my heat.

I use these on myself, but they are small enough for a child. They are super cold at first but they warm up after about an hour. They do have a slight scent to them, but not overpowering.

Cools. But . . . It does not stay on.

I highly recommend these! I just got back from a scorching Disneyland trip during a heat wave – over 90° every single day. Both my brother and I have heat sensitivity, and he's on meds that make it even worse. We used these and they were lifesavers! They literally kept our body temps in check. We didn't even break a sweat. We wouldn't have made it without them! Just a heads up, there's a mild smell, so I recommend applying it to areas where you won't notice it much, like my left wrist. I noticed the smell more on my right, so maybe avoid the face or sensitive areas.
