Q: What is the diameter of the air stone? will it fit inside the standard-sized mouths of soda bottles or milk jugs?

The pump comes with 2 air stones. Each are 0.75 inches in diameter. On a separate topic, note that my unit came with absolutely no instructions, so be aware that the filters provided only work in one direction. If you look very closely at the clear plastic housings of the filters you can see arrows for the direction of flow. If you put them in backwards you will get no flow.

Q: Is this ok with putting it in with sea monkeys?

Sea monkeys are brown shrimp. As long as you’re not actually putting the pump in the water you’re ok. Aerate those shrimp.

Q: Would you combine both outputs into one for a 4" air disc? Or could you run two such discs?

You could probably run 2 air discs. There is plenty of air flow in each side. I purchased a second one for my 55 gallon tank.

Q: Which direction does the check valve go? Does the 'IN' or arrow icon go towards the pump? Thank you!

Should be arrow points to the tank. You can check it by blowing into it. You want the arrow to point in the direction of the airflow.
