Amazing stuff, it’s worked wonders with my top half but it is really difficult to go fully down all the way but I started with 1set of 10 then 2set of ten & so on within 3 weeks I can do it all the way

I have used this a few times so far and no issues at all. I'm glad I bought this one in the end as there's so many to choose online but I thought this one looked stronger and had all good reviews.I recommend this ab roller especially it comes with a free skipping rope and small mat to protect your knees, what's not to like?.
