These are very sharp and so elegantly made. Cooking is much more fun now. I love this set. Greatly crafted. Also bought as a gift. They loved them.

We just got done renovating our kitchen and wanted a nice set of knives that wouldn't break the bank after some research I stumbled across this set and pulled the trigger out of the box they felt great in my hand and over all was pleased with the quality. They are sharp and cut like butter the only issue I've noticed is the handles are starting to dry out from the dishwasher they do appear to be real wood so I ordered some mineral oil to make sure they stay hydrated I will update the review on if that seems to do the trick for the handles! Over all great value for the money.

Received these nice in early February. They are nice looking & the quality seems good as well. I do like these knives, but I have found that they do not seem to hold their edge/sharpness as well as I had expected, so it appears they may require more maintenance than I would like to see. I do realize knives require sharpening after some use, but these have not gotten that much use yet before becoming dull. Just something to consider. *Updated 6/25: Having used these for several months now, I have “lowered “my initial rating to just 3 stars. These knives do have a nice look & feel, but they just are not performing as I had hoped. They seem to become dull very easily,& are not very easy to put a good “edge” on them. I have plenty of experience sharpening knives (from kitchen knives to hunting knives),& these just are not very cooperative, for the amount of time & effort put into sharpening them. And,that is based on only “ moderate” use at home.
