Are these machine washable?

Neither the website nor the instructions include washing instructions. The toys are made of a plush fabric and, in general, plush fabrics can be washed in a machine on a gentle cycle. I'd suggest hand washing and air drying, however, as the fabric feels a little like felt and I'd expect that use of a washer and dryer might be harder on the fabric (potential for napping of the fabric).

Will the cardboard box break easily? My 3 year old is very rough with toys. Thanks!

It’s very much like any other cardboard box, so it’s likely. You can always get or make an actual wooden crate though.
