"Aglio E Olio Grater & Dipping Plate

Beautiful plate with a purpose. Use the plate to grate a hard cheese, add some spices to the cheese and pour olive oil over for a delicious bread dip. Alternatively if you prefer oil and balsamic, the balsamic stays spread on the plate in the little divits instead of poolin in the center. The plate also keeps the layers of oil and vinegar thinner, making for a nice dipping plate.

I bought these as a Xmas gift, so I can't speak to anything other than the fact that they are very pretty & beautifully packaged. I bought 4 of these dipping plates & can't wait to give them to my sister, along with some nice olive oil & assorted dipping spices as a set. I think she is going to love them!

Use this a lot and bought another for a gift. With some bread on hand and garlic, you always have an instant appetizer. I only wish it was a little larger or deeper as the kids go throughout so fast.

I love how easy it is to grind fresh ginger. My daughter was clever enough to figure out to use a toothpick to remove the grated ginger from the teeth. I only wish there was a reusable plastic or metal pick that came with the item for this purpose. It rinses clean in a few seconds with little effort.

I read a lot of reviews for various ceramic grater plates before I decided to buy this one. This grater has many good reviews. My greater plate just arrived today and it was wrapped nicely enough to give as a gift. The ceramic is good quality and the plate is in perfect condition. I couldn't be more pleased!

Watery result when using. Soaked up excess with paper towel. cleans easily with brush.

Bought this for my mom as a random gift, and she couldn’t get enough of it! I originally thought this could replace a garlic press, but once the garlic is smashed on the plate the grooves make it super difficult to get the garlic out, unless there’s a technique I’m not aware of. So its my fault for not completely understanding the product. We’ve just been using it with garlic, olive oil, and cheese to dip with bread and its fantastic! You probably couldn’t use it for more than 1-3 people at a time though since the dish can only hold so much.

Cute plate, way smaller than I expected. The garlic really gets pressed in the grooves so I won’t be using it to mince garlic that has to be removed from the plate. Great for making oil for dipping.
