Not compatible with Building-Link. Charged $110 restocking fee to return.
Building Link customer service informed me that this signature pad was not compatible with the Building-Link software. Had to return. they did not refund $110.56. ($89 restocking fee, Shipping, part of tax.) Unhappy. Warning: Do not purchase for use with Building-Link.
