I have been using the Waterdrop filter since July 2025, and it has been working perfectly. The filter is still performing well, and the water tastes great. Previously, I was using a Britannia filter jug, but this purifier is far more efficient, cost-effective, and very simple to use. Installation took only a few minutes. I am using it as an under-sink filter, so even while washing dishes, the water passes through the filter, and it is still working fine without needing a replacement so far. I recently ordered an additional filter, but it did not fit. When I contacted customer service, the support was outstanding. Mr. Andrew, one of the customer service representatives, was a true gentleman who followed up almost every day until the issue was resolved. I really appreciate the service and highly recommend the Waterdrop filter.

I was sceptical about this but after an easy installation, making sure the push fits are all the way in and your good to go. Others comment on poor quality connections and leaks, but if you follow the instructions then it really is simple! The water really is cleaner and tastes smoother. I didn't believe other reviews about smell but after comparing for myself, the water out of this filter tap doesn't smell of anything, then I smelt the tap water and the chemical chlorine smell hit me! I genuinely cannot believe I never noticed before, but then again when would you actually think about smelling tap water 🤔. The filters are around £30 and are rated for around 1 year. I can't comment on this but even 6 months and it's cheaper and easier than using bottled water. I've even started using it to fill the kettle and tea tastes much better. Overall, yes there are cheaper options out there, along with much more expensive ones, but this is good quality, the tap is smart and sturdy. It also blends in well with a smart kitchen and doesnt look like like a cheap retrofit. I would (and have) recommended this as all round best value for money.

I've been using jug filter systems for my water as my water really is grim tasting if it's not filtered, but when I store my jug in the fridge it takes on the flavour of berries etc and then isn't nice. Also it's hard for me to use as a spinal injury means I have problems holding heavy jugs and pouring them. I decided to buy a spray tap for my kitchen and figured i might as well fit a filter to the supply to solve my water jug problems. Not only do I now feel really thrilled that at 58 years old with not much feeling or strength in my hands I've managed to replace a tap and fit this filter to it, bit the water tastes great. Really great. Actually, it doesn't taste of anything, which is how I feel water should taste so I'm really delighted. When the time comes it will be really easy to change the filter too, thanks to it's twist and click design.

So easy to fit. Water is crystal clear and no horrid bleach taste anymore. Highly recommend.

Easy to install and It's 11,000 gallon filtering life and it's compact dimensions make it an ideal choice for anyone with poor water quality. Excellent product all-round.

Efter inkoppling satta jag i närheten av köket. Hörde då ett ylande visslande ljud. Visar sig att filterkranen började läcka inuti samt gick inte att stänga av. Tvingades att koppla ur den efter FYRA timmar!!! Ingen retur möjlighet då köpet & montaget var veckor för långt isär. Ännu en kina shop med dålig kvalitet.

Awesome. The install is easy and straightforward with no plumbing experience. For anyone wondering - this filter works just fine on a well system. I see about 35-40psi, and this filter works fine with basically no perceptible reduction in flow. Mind you my well water is softened and pre-filtered. Water tastes amazing! Highly recommended

Système parfait rien à dire, pour transformer l'eau du robinet en eau potable Depuis six ans l'eau du robinet je décante dans le frigidaire et je consomme. J'ai tester de mettre l'eau du frigidaire dans un petit thermos inox et 48 heure après l'eau à un gout! et avec waterdrop j'ai fait la même chose, c'est parfait pas de gout pour moi c'est la preuve de son efficacité je vous conseille vivement très simple à installer dans l'arrière cuisine avec un Y sur le branchement du lave linge
