Does what t says, but a little small.
Does what t says, but a little small, bearing in mind you have to attach it to bricks, it needs to be larger to make drilling the holes in the masonry and the fitting it easier.

does not allow adjustment of top plate
The screw holes on the top plate are designed to prevent the top plate from being moved before final screw down relative to the botton plate. That measn it is almost impossible to line up the plates and meaning that you have to rely on a written record than the position of the plate. For something so expensive that must cost very little to make this is nonsense.
