Lumps in the powder :-)
While the outer packing was intact, the inner plastic bag was only knotted closed (not sealed), probably leading to lumps in the powder. Doesn't inspire confidence about using this for cooking, although the product description says "food grade". I'll probably just use this for cleaning.

Very useful to clean kitchen utensils that has hard carbon coating due to flame
we had a pot made of copper. we gave it for interior lead based alloy coating . Due to flame heating , outer surface of container became black due to carbon coating that was not removable easily. We came to know that it can be cleaned by cleaning with citric acid powder ( from internet ) . Hence we ordered this product, got the material , used it and find that it does the work as expected
