This is great value I got one 2020 and it was a lot dearer we always have steak nights my friend wanted one so she was all delighted when she could have steak night at her own home as she got it for a third of what I paid

I brought this for my parents and they love the experience when I do it! They really enjoyed this as a Christmas Prestant and have already used it a couple of times with friends, if you like entaining but dont like the idea of doing a lot of prep all day, then really think about getting one!

Was a little disappointed after unwrapping the raclette as the instruction manual I received was for a different product. The stone also didn’t sit flat on the grill due to one of the 4 metal holders where the wire ring sits being raised and rounded (this is not shown this way on the pictures). The other 3 each have a groove where the ring sits? I couldn’t refer to the manual on this as it was different. No matter how I placed it I couldn’t get it to sit flat, however this didn’t seem to affect its use.This is the first time we have used a raclette ourselves. We used it as a family and the kids absolutely loved it!The raclette comes with 8 hand dishes and 4 x wooden spatulas.It was very easy to cook on, plugged in, set the desired temperature on the dial (low to high heat) and popped the meat/ veg on the stone and watched it cook! The little hand dishes are perfect for melting cheese and you can also use these to cook on.Extremely easy to clean which is a huge bonus! We will certainly use it again when entertaining guests - great talking point! Would recommend.

Bought this for my Husband as he like experimenting with different cooking techniques. We have had a cheese dinner party using it. It is a great product to have.

We had a good evening, we’re used to using a raclette so no problems there however, I had to soak the stone overnight as the food DID stick to the surface. The metal Central Ring doesn’t sit on the 4 grooves just one at the end & one in the middle the other two overlap the ring. I don’t know who to speak to to ask for a Ring that fits.

Ideal for quality family time... for a romantic date night at home or just for convenience whilst watching a movie. This product is great for giving options to have variety, cooking quickly and keeping hot

Works well but the stone cracked after 3 uses, no replacement available so wouldn’t buy again!
