I pulled this out of the packaging and laughed. In my head I was already writing a negative review and trying to remember if returns were expected. Just to be sure, I tried to put it on...and to my surprise, it fits! I went by the size chart provided by the seller, and it's perfect. I probably could have gone down a size but it would have felt really tight. My correct size that I ordered allows me to breathe, while compressing my stomach. This isn't a really solid waist trainer, but it will smooth you out. Great for the price, and it sits right under my bra (no back rolls!) and goes over my hips a little without rolling or moving. Great purchase! I'll get another one in a smaller size when I'm ready.

I wouldn't really consider this to be a waist trainer. It supports nothing and has a little too much elasticity. In the picture, it looks as though you're getting maximum coverage as far as height, but when I pulled it out of the package, I was trying to see if if were folded in half. It wasn't. If you're looking for comfort with slight constriction (wear underneath clothing and go out) then this is a good buy. If you're looking to train your waist then keep looking.

I am currently on day 4 of wearing the waist trainer. I never thought that it would also help with my lower back problems as I have a herniated disk that flares up every now and then, but it has definitely helped me out! The only downfall to this product is the length. I am 6ft tall and have a long torso... so I feel as if the waist trainer doesn't cover all the needed areas, either it's to high and I get a little muffin top, or its to low and I get a upper muffin top.... Other than that, I have to admit I like wearing it. I work outside doing manual labor 5 days a week and have no problem wearing it for 9+ hrs a day. Next step is to wear it to the gym while I work out.

I have a 40in waist and ordered the 3XL and it fits on the first set of hooks with a little stretching and I’ll be able to use the other hooks as I hopefully lose weight. The product is made in China so do NOT go by your normal size, I’m usually a medium, use the size chart they provide and you should be good.

I don't know why i expected it to be shaped...but it's flat. Actually it's quite literally a hundred bands of 1/4 inch elastic strips sewn together in alternative pattern to appear perforated when stretched. It's a little itchy, but an undertank would cause sweat...which this does after about 3 hours anyway. It's sized ridiculous so buy 2 sizes up. I'm 5'9" and a long torso, this is long enough to reach from bra band to just about my hip bone. I pulled it down a bit for smoothing into jeans, which worked fine but left me feeling like i had a bulge under my bra when i sat or bent. Overall a great smoother for the cost. And washed well in cold water, hangs dry in a day. The boning flexes enough to move comfortably and didn't roll up from the bottom or roll down from the top. I did feel straight though, where i expected a tiny curve for the waist. Not neoprene No rubber smell No chaffing

The product fits as expected around my waist, but the length is at least an inch and a half shorter than it stated in the details. So its either too high and makes a weird bulge at my hips, or too low and sits at an uncomfortable spot on my ribs.

I think the sizing chart is in cm and not inches. Seemed to be good quality though, but if you are over a size 4 I don't see how even the XXXL will fit you. Also, it will not look anywhere close to the picture unless you are under 5 foot 4 inches and/or have a short torso as the length of this is extremely short, 25cm (9.84 inches).
