Used these throughout my pregnancy with twins. Taste: There is essentially no taste except a mild minty flavor. I bought the capsules, so as soon as I swallowed the pills the mint taste was gone. Effectiveness: I believe they were very effective! My twins are here and they are both happy and healthy. I was able to carry them all the way to 34 weeks which the doctors were not expecting for me. Ingredients: I love that it includes DHA. Now that my twins are here, doctors are encouraging that we use formula with DHA because of how good it is for them, so I’m glad I was able to provide that while they were in my belly. Texture: Texture was fine and smooth. Pills are not huge and were easy to swallow. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I heard a ton of reviews about other products tasting fishy, being hard to swallow, fish burps, causing stomach issues, etc. I never had any of these issues with this product. I would even go as far to say that I expected it because my stomach is so sensitive (especially with a twin pregnancy!) and it never caused any issues. I was a bit worried because I also saw some reviews saying the product came damaged or with pills stuck together, but I never had that problem for the 9+ months I used the product. I even had some delivered in the summer and they were perfectly okay.

These are the best prenatal vitamins I’ve tried! I love that they include folic acid and DHA all in one capsule, so I don’t have to take multiple supplements. They’re easy to swallow, don’t upset my stomach, and don’t have a strong aftertaste like some other prenatals I’ve used. I feel good knowing I’m getting high-quality ingredients that support both me and baby’s development. Definitely worth it and will be repurchasing!

I used these throughout my whole pregnancy and they were great. It was funny because they tasted like mint, but they tasted really good. They were really easy to use and kept me healthy throughout my whole pregnancy! I got these recommended by a friend, and I have never regretted it and would recommend them to anyone who wants a great prenatal vitamin!

I have been recently trying to get pregnant and this was recommended to take. They have a good smell which I have some prenatals smell badly. They also have a sugar coating helps them go down smoother. I also have a very sensitive stomach and these do not hurt my stomach when I take them.

Seems to have everything needed in a prenatal. I like that it has a lower amount of iron to make it gentler on your stomach, I’m sensitive to iron so I can appreciate this. I usually take the gummies, which are delicious, but I switched to these for the iron, the gummies do not have the iron in them . Upon arrival, they were all stuck together, but it’s also peak of summer where I am. This was easily solved by popping them in the fridge for a bit, and then they easily separated for me, just a little misshapen since they are soft caps. They come with a slight mint scent, I feel that’s to likely cover up any odor that some of the ingredients can cause, like the fish oils, it’s actually nice, no one enjoys that smell even when they aren’t pregnant. Pills appear exactly as they do in the picture, small, purple soft caps. So easy to swallow with small size, no after taste or fishy burps. (Gross, I know) and again no upset stomach or any struggle to take. I have bought some expensive prenatals before, like the special packets with multiple vitamins in them, I won’t say the company name, they have great reviews which blew my mind because I couldn’t even get past the smell of them when I opened the packet, let alone take them without gagging on them or then the aftertaste that stuck around. This is a great cheaper alternative, with the bonus of no taste, aftertaste or violating smell lol.

I switched to less iron because I was having very bad constipation with my other prenatal. This is very easy to swallow and it doesn’t make me constipated. There is a little mint smell but when you swallow you dont smell it. And if you leave the tablet out for a minute then the smell disappears. Definitely recommend if you dont want too much iron.

Solid prenatal. Used these for a portion of my pregnancy. Did not upset my stomach to take these. Pills are small and easy to swallow. I do however prefer the gummy version. Not taking away stars though because that's just personal preference. Overall, I love this brands products. Solid choice for anyone who wants capsule prenatals!
