THis stuff is the best. I have been using it for about 7 years. I get really bad cramps in my calves, and this works wonders. They call it an ointment but it really goes on like a lotion. Love this stuff.

This stuff is really good. I not only get cramps in the calves of my legs but also my toes. Seems so stupid so somehow when I'm sleeping so good my toes decide to fold down under themselves. I keep a tube of this stuff close to the bed for nights like that and oh what a difference. I have it on a subscription to I get delivery every 3-6 months. I don't want to run out.

I’m a bit different than the average costumer. I decided to try this on my neck muscles as I suffer from Cervical Dystonia. I followed the directions and it did seem to soften up some of the muscles (but not all), which is quite a feat, however, I seemed to get a side effect: My pupils were dilated for about an hour. I’m not sure if that signifies I should stop using it or not, but I am pretty sensitive to chemicals and herbs. Anyway, that’s been the only side effect so far. I’m going to try not to use this every day, just in case.

I’m woken in the middle of the night in excruciating leg pain/ cramps several times a month. My doctor had no solution so I tried Hyland’s Leg Cramp ointment. The next time I had a severe leg cramp I rub this ointment on generously and massaged it in. It was AMAZING, within in minutes the cramp released and I was able to go back to sleep. After I had used the entire tube I signed up for repeat delivery. I can’t say enough about how great this simple ointment is. I highly recommend it.

I had never seen this b4 price seems decent. It works-other otc counter foam one is very $$$$ and doesn’t really work . I take hyland cramp pills and put this on and the cramping stops-otherwise the cramps last for ever very very painful they make me vomit and cry it’s horrible at least I can get some relief finally
