Way to use, just plug in and it works. Comes with an instruction book and you can also change some of the setting depending on your needs. Scans barcodes easily. Quality seems good for the price.

Needed a barcode reader as I was developing an App for a client which required the use of hand held barcode readers. Purchased this as it was cheap but it certainly was not nasty! For the non technical it works straight out of the box. For the technical mind, read on:It worked straight away, provided a keyboard wedge to the App interface (without any coding or setup needed from me). In default mode it also provided a CR on completion of the scan (which acts like a button press in the App and avoids the user needing to do anything except scan. All in all brilliant and super value for money. Sadly I no longer need it! It will be on ebay soon for twice its cost.

Plugged this straight into my windows 11 PC and my Mac, no drivers were required, just plugged in and worked without any fuss. the scanner is light and does feel a bit cheap.

Works exactly as described. Is able to scan any type of 1D barcode, no matter the protocol. Has a bit of trouble scanning barcodes off a screen, but several attempts will do the job. Managed to connect it to an Arduino
