A great roller that has held up well so far (nearly 2 years now). I would recommend.

Great for loosening up stuck vertebrae and general back massage. It's quite firm but only time will tell how long that lasts for. Not as wide as my previous one but it's still wide enough for my broad shoulders (I could always have paid attention to the measurements first!)

Product is exactly what it says on the tin. Very happy with it. Delivery person placed my parcel in my green bin, but didn't msg me. Contacted the seller, who's prompt response. Allowed me to rescue my parcel (brown box) from my green bin the day before it was collected by the refuse people. Big thanks😁

I know this sounds ridiculous but feeling the material and seeing the look of this roller put me off. I was disappointed but must not have looked at the pictures closely. It just made me think why have I paid for a piece of foam. Other rollers look a lot more professional/better quality and for me to encourage myself to do this new habit I'd rather pay a tiny bit more for something I'm excited to use. Having said that, the reviews for this sound good so it must be sturdier than it looks. There is no hole in the middle (other than if you remove the centre of course) which many of the ribbed ones have that break. Returned this for another option but that's just me. Don't want to rate too low as I didn't test for performance, it feels fairly firm.

I love that the inner part comes out for when I need more cracks in my spine. The density is great and the length is perfect to unwind sore muscles at the end of the day - I’m 164cm/5ft4

Bought to use after running to relieve pain in my legs which tends to get worse as the day goes on. Wasn't entirely convinced how much difference this would make, but was very impressed. Tend to use this just after i get back from running on my upper and lower part of my legs and the underside of my feet. The roller is on the medium to firm side but seems to suit me. Have basically gone from leg pain that has stopped me from sleeping at night to being pain free. Definitely wish i had got one earlier. Comes with the smaller roller but i prefer the larger one. Product is well made and solid. Also looks good (black with blue speckles). Would recommend.
