Yes it is a classic green with yellow vinyl coating on the chains. Highly recommend it!

What is the maximum weight capacity?

I'm not sure as to stated weight capacity, but between the very thick rubber and sturdy chain, you'd never get anyone into it that was too heavy.

Bought this "bucket" swing and a "regular" one last summer (2016) for our 2 year old and 3 year old grandsons. Very pleased with both. This bucket swing can be used two different ways. For small children you use the chain as the back support so that the children are straddle the plastic divider bar and cannot fall out. Both boys use all the time. Again, very pleased with this product!!

Does this work with flexible flyer swingsets

It will work with any swing with the correct hardware.
