It could have done with more detailed instructions. It is good though and I also use it in breads too. Its a good taste and other reviewers drink it too. I am pleased with this, but better instructions would be more helpful.

Finding buttermilk had to get in the supermarket. I turned to this as an alternative. Very pleased with the result when I used it for Irish Soda bread. Lasts a good while because 1/4 cup with water makes enough for one 500g loaf. Will definitely buy again.
