Allied Time USA Calculating AT-4500 Sets up in Minutes - totals Regular and Overtime Hours Worked

Perfect time clock for small companies that want to avoid having to calculate time cards manually without spending a fortune. Saves our HR assistant about 2-3 hours every other week. Drop in auto-alignment feature is great and set-up was a breeze. The time cards run about $0.25 per piece, but well worth the extra price paid. During the first test week prior to going live, we actually had a 2 hour power outage. The AT-4500 did not miss a beat and retained the cumulative hours without any problems. Works as described. This clock was super fast to set up and easy to use. There was one setting that I had trouble finding. It only took a 2 minute phone call to the manufacturer. It was so simple and it was something that I was overlooking. I highly recommend this time clock.

I like how this time clock posts the pay period start date at the top of each card and keeps a running total of hours worked. I did not set the clock up, but I believe it was reasonably easy to do. We use bi-weekly pay period and I would like to be able to start a new total for the second week instead on ongoing since overtime is computed differently, but that may be something that could have been done at set-up. The cards are 2 sided, which is much easier and cost effective to deal with. We have had no problems and I would purchase this clock again.

My Allied AT-4500 has been very reliable. Recently, one of our dogs got locked in the office overnight and chewed through the power cord. I contacted Allied Time USA to order a new cord and they sent one to me the next day. I highly recommend this time clock for accuracy and performance. Great Company as well!!

I like this time clock a lot and it's very easy to use and set up. I would have given it 5 stars except you can only put one week on each side of the card which means we will go through them quickly, but that is pretty minor. All in all, it's a great machine and I appreciate that it calculates the hours for me! *IDEA* since we are a small business with only 4 employees and we only pay once per month, I color coded the cards rather than get confused with the imprinted numeration of the cards. This is working out well, everyone has their own color that matches the unused cards and nobody has to worry about the numbers on the cards.

Purchased this time clock for our small business. The easy to set up was great! We pay our guys x2 a month and was able to set the pay period up with out much effort. The User Manual was easy to follow and customer service has been great. During shipping the ribbon somewhat faded and the manufacturer was more than willing to replace at no charge. I had trouble setting up the 2nd side of the time sheet and with a simple phone call the support team was able to fix that setting. There are many more features available like minute rounding, overtime, hour totaling and more. Our guys have had no trouble using it and we plan on keeping it. I would highly recommend for all small businesses.

Clock would be great if an employee could punch in at 10 pm and then punch out the next morning. I was told to DEFAULT the day change from midnight to a time when no employees were not clocked in, but that wasn't possible. So, now I have to buy a new clock. Although through the months when I needed assistance, the time clock co. people tried to help. But it should say on each time clock DESCRIPTION If the Clock IS NOT capable of managing staggered shifts throughout the 24 hour period. My night shift employees clock in and when they leave the next day it clocks them back in and quits tracking their hours previously worked.

My company purchased this time clock back in 2016 and we have been very pleased with it. It is simple to set up, easy to use, and has really streamlined our time keeping practices. Changes are simple to make if something does change with your pay schedule, and we haven't had a single issue with it in the last 3 years that we have had it. The company has a great customer service team as well, which is a huge plus. I'd recommend this time clock to any small to medium size business that is looking for a simpler way to keep track of employee's times.
