Wilton Excelle Elite Non-Stick - Non-Stick Tart and Quiche Pan with Removable Bottom, 9-Inch, Steel

Very pleased with this tart pan. Nice weight.

These were very easy to use, lightweight and my crusts baked very evenly. The nonstick surface was great and I loved the functionality of the removable bottom. It was a little tricky, but easy enough to figure out. Definitely only intended for crusts, as anything else would leak.

I have made several tarts with this pan, and it works great- true non-stick surface, even baking, and easy to clean.

Great pan. Bottom is removable so that the quiche comes out in one piece.

Heavy Wilton small tart pan. Good size for a small dessert. The only complaint is the lightweight cardboard box it arrived in. Whoever packed the round pan into a small square box with a little brown paper on top had to actually shove it in to make the sides of the box bulge out. Thankfully, the pan was not damaged but could easily have been. Maybe the warehouse or whoever does the packaging should judge the box size more carefully.

My grandma's 90th birthday was a hit. Tart crust turned out fantastic. I used Claire Saffitz sweet tart crust recipe from Dessert Person.

Haven’t gotten around to using this yet but I do know it’s durable my kid has banged it, used their foot to drag it across the floor, worn the rim around the neck like a necklace and I haven’t noticed a scratch.

I received two pans WITHOUT removable bottoms when all I wanted was one pan WITH a removable bottom. Blatantly false advertising.

This pan for quiches and tarts is heavier and sturdier than it looks -- a good thing.
