My Go To Mist
Love this for hair and face. If you microcurrent, this is a must. A spritz refreshes gels and serums saving money while enhancing moisture barrier. It's light weight in texture, fresh smelling, and can be reapplied to hair and face without buildup. Great for touch ups. Simple ingredients, prized effectiveness. A little goes a long way. Larger size lasts forever. Hair and skin look healthier. Gentle enough to remove eye makeup in a pinch.

Immediate Moisture
You can spray this anywhere, face, body, hair, and you get immediate hydration, and moisture anywhere you need it. It is very refreshing after a long walk or run, the scent is wonderful and isn't over powering so you can spray head to toe. I use it a lot to change a hairstyle if I want to, just spray your hair, even if you have mousse in it or hairspray, you can re-style your hair no problem. Your hair won't be greasy, it stays light, and moisturized.

Very Happy Ends
I don't know how and I really don't care, but this stuff lets me go a couple of extra days between shampoos. And does a fabulous job on my ends. When you have dry skin and scalp anything like that is good. A lot of people have said it's thin like water, but I disagree. Even when I spray it on my skin I feel I'm rubbing stuff in. It even comes out thicker than water. It may just be the scrap of a leftover cold, but it has next to no scent that I noticed. Again, the event thing is of absolutely no concern to me. I have longish hair and now my ends are moisturized. I don't have to worry about them any more. I can comb or brush my hair without losing a bunch of it because they're all tangled. I haven't ever come across a leave in that worked half as well. Hopefully they've addressed some concerns people had before and changed the formula. If so, it was a good move and I hope they leave it as is. I'd really hate to find out this bottle was a one off. Anyway, I hope this is helpful to someone.

been some years, not what I remember in terms of scent. Does fine as moisture spray
Hydrates and revives, which I find to be accurate. Pleasant super light aroma, but not as what I remembered. Though admittedly it has been several years since my last bottle. Just a reminder that this is not a detangler. Nowhere does it say it is a detangler. So rating it based on being a product it isnt fair. It's a moisture spray for skin and hair. I am not sure if this is legit or if the product changed. The scent is what I bought it for. I am not a big fan of scented products, but I have always loved the scent of Awapuhi Moisture Mist. I have been using it on and off for 30 years. I have always enjoyed the scent and the pleasant easy way it refreshes my hair and skin. y mix of waves and curls love a nice conditioning mist, or a light misty rain. I could just use a water misting spray, and for many years I did. Or I bought a conditioning detangler spray, or used "facial sprays" that could be used on hair as well. I even had a product that was very similar in scent to awapuhi, and it is now as I ran out of that that I decided to just go ahead and splurge on a big bottle of Paul Mitchell. I say splurge because it really is only a mist with scent. Mild conditioning. Not really anything else, and they dont hide that fact. Anyway, so I was excited to get this. Once I spritzed it all over, I noticed that it greatly lacked that aroma that I bought it for. Just a hint. Not nothing, but just not as robust as I was expecting. SO, did the scent profile change over the years, or is this a watered down version? Effectiveness is about as I remember. Finding it better for my waist length semi curly semi wavy hair than a spritz to my skin, but I use it for both. Really not sure if it is a repurchase. Maybe with more use I will find my love for it again. If so, I will come back to update.

This is different than I thought
I was very disappointed in this product-it’s OK as a light hair spray but definitely nothing moisturizing about it. I had it years ago and I thought it was the same thing I purchased . It’s OK, but it was not moisturizing at all. I use it as a light hairspray. It’s not meant to be a moisturizer at all, and the scent is completely different.
